With extensive experience in insurance operations, compliance, carrier relations, and business development, Amy will lead COVU’s efforts to enhance agency partnerships, optimize carrier relationships, and drive growth for independent insurance agencies.
 

Amy joins COVU after serving as Director of Sales and Operations at Assurance IQ, where she scaled teams, expanded revenue, and built carrier partnerships. She previously owned and operated a successful insurance agency for over 23 years, giving her a deep understanding of agency pain points, operational challenges, and growth strategies. Most recently, as VP of Compliance & Sales at Rem Tech, she provided AI-driven solutions to insurance agencies while overseeing compliance, legal frameworks, and business development.
 

At COVU, Amy will focus on strengthening agency relationships, optimizing carrier placement, and ensuring seamless operational execution for partners. With COVU’s expanding acquisitions and market consolidation strategy, her expertise will be instrumental in helping agencies scale efficiently, improve retention, and maximize profitability.
